The Story: A Sci-Fi Action Adventure with a 90s Twist
The movie takes place in the dystopian future of 2017, in a city called Steel Harbor, during the chaos of the Second American Civil War.
The country is no longer the free nation it once was. A fascist government controls everything, and Steel Harbor is the last free city in America.
Barb Wire, played by Pamela Anderson, runs a nightclub called the Hammerhead. But that's not all—she is also a bounty hunter who hunts down criminals for a price. Her motto? Never take sides, just get paid.
The story kicks off when her ex-lover, Axel Hood, walks into the Hammerhead. He's not there for a reunion, though. He's accompanied by his scientist wife, Cora D, who is on the run from the government.
